The normal production process is very important. It will affect the quality, durability and even the customer's confidence in our products.

(1) Normal procedure

A plasma cutter is used to cut steel into small pieces suitable for welding and splicing

(2) welding

The next step after the steel is cut is welding. The main work of this procedure is the beam

Welding: weld the upper and middle floor together. This process will adopt the submerged arc welding process. This welding method is very special and is specially used for the welding of i-beam. After the welding process is completed, other parts of the trailer will use different welding methods for steel-argon arc welding, arc welding, manual welding, gas welding, etc.

(3) sandblasting: this process is used for the first step of surface cleaning, stress elimination and rust removal before painting.

(4) electrophoretic coating

This process is used for more detailed surface cleaning

(5) epoxy zinc primer coating

This process is a lasting process before painting after the painting is the beginning of the trailer

(6) assembly

After our efforts, the final process is the trailer assembly. All parts of this process are assembled, including tire wheel, hub, hub, flat top, gear, suspension, spring, brake groove, air, wire, electricity, wire, brake system, etc

(7) packing
